Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $500 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $500 in fiscal year 2008-09 to the UM Cooperative Extension program within the University of Maine System to establish base allocations in the event that funds are received from the Maine Pesticide Education Fund for pest management and pesticide education programs.
	The establishment of the Maine Pesticide Education Fund within the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources will result in increased Other Special Revenue Funds expenditures and revenue incurred and collected , respectively, by the department. The amounts can not be determined at this time.
