This bill
includes an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation to the Legislature of
$4,270 in fiscal year 2008-09 to provide funds for the per diem and general
operating expenses of the Commission to Study the Protection of Farms and
Farmland. If sufficient outside
funding has not been received by August 1, 2008 to fully fund all costs of
the commission, no meetings are authorized and no expenses of any kind may be
incurred or reimbursed.
