Fiscal Detail and Notes
Establishing certain discounted fees on hunting and fishing licenses will decrease General Fund revenue collected by the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife.  The estimated amounts are $32,331 and $129,324 in fiscal years 2007-08 and 2008-09, respectively.  The department will also require General Fund appropriations of the same amounts to provide funds which will be transferred to the newly established Search and Rescue Fund.. Finally, the department will require Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of the same amounts to reflect the establishment of the Search and Rescue Fund.
