An Act Concerning Gasoline Station Vapor Recovery Requirements
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 38 MRSA §585-E, sub-§6, as amended by PL 2001, c. 233, §§1 and 2, is further amended to read:
6. Section repeal. No later than April 1, 2002 the department shall provide to the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over natural resources matters an appropriate date for the repeal of this This section is repealed August 1, 2008.
