Joint Order Requiring the Joint Standing Committee on Health and Human Services To Review Eligibility for and Transitioning of the Maine Care Program

the House concurring, that the Joint Standing Committee on Health and Human Services shall review eligibility for and transitioning of the MaineCare program and may submit legislation to the Second Regular Session of the 123rd Legislature. The committee shall consider in its review the coverage of young adults 19 and 20 years of age, qualified working disabled persons whose unearned income does not exceed 150% of the federal poverty level, parents and caretaker relatives whose income exceeds eligibility levels and children whose family income exceeds eligibility for the Cub Care program.
