Amend the bill by striking out everything after the enacting clause and before the summary and inserting the following:

Sec. 1. Report. The University of Maine Center on Aging shall report to the Joint Standing Committee on Health and Human Services no later than September 15, 2008 on the results of the center's educational campaign and development of educational materials and an action plan on preventing prescription drug abuse by the elderly funded in section 2 and on the center's recommendations for future actions.

Sec. 2. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.
