Resolve, To Return to J & L Discatio Corporation Money Paid by It to Maine Revenue Services

Sec. 1. State authorized to refund overpayment of corporate income tax. Resolved: That the State, through the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of Revenue Services, is authorized to refund to J & L Discatio Corporation all money J & L Discatio Corporation overpaid for corporate taxes in 1998. Payment must be made in a lump sum.
