Resolve, To Improve the Registration Process for Commercial Motor Vehicles

Sec. 1. Municipal registration of commercial motor vehicles. Resolved: That the Secretary of State, through the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, shall establish the means for municipalities to accept and process motor vehicle registrations for commercial motor vehicles with a gross weight of less than 6,000 pounds.
