Amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting the following:
‘An Act To Stabilize the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife’
Amend the bill by striking out everything after the enacting clause and before the summary and inserting the following:
‘Sec. 1. Transfer; Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. The State Controller shall transfer the $650,000 that the State Controller was authorized to transfer to the Administrative Services - Inland Fisheries and Wildlife program pursuant to Public Law 2007, chapter 240, Part LLLL, section 4 back to the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife carrying account.’

This amendment directs the State Controller to transfer $650,000 to the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife carrying account that was transferred to the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife Administrative Services - Inland Fisheries and Wildlife program pursuant to Public Law 2007, chapter 240, Part LLLL, section 4.
