An Act To Facilitate the Diversion of Persons with Mental Illness and Substance Abuse away from Incarceration through the Co-occurring Disorders Court
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Provides funds to continue the Kennebec County Co-Occurring Disorders Court program.
