An Act To Ban the Use of Liquid Calcium Chloride on Roads
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 23 MRSA §1013 is enacted to read:
§ 1013. Use of liquid calcium chloride prohibited
The use of liquid calcium chloride on any state highways, state aid highways or town ways is prohibited for preventing snow from encumbering the highways or town ways.
