Resolve, Regarding Options for Long-term Renovation and Use of the Buildings Formerly Occupied by the Augusta Mental Health Institute

Sec. 1. Resolve 2005, c. 201, §4, amended. Resolved: That Resolve 2005, c. 201, §4 is amended to read:

Sec. 4. Authority to report out legislation. Resolved: That the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over state and local government matters is authorized to report out legislation concerning the findings and recommendations under section 2 to the First and the Second Regular Session Sessions of the 123rd Legislature.

This resolve amends Resolve 2005, chapter 201, which directs the Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services to develop options for the long-term plans for the buildings formerly occupied by the Augusta Mental Health Institute and authorizes the Joint Standing Committee on State and Local Government to report out legislation regarding those plans to the First Regular Session of the 123rd Legislature. This resolve authorizes the joint standing committee to also report out legislation to the Second Regular Session of the 123rd Legislature.
