Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Provides one-time funding for Youth Alternatives' family-focused services initiative to provide funds to complete the requirements of a private challenge grant for providing secure space at the former Maine Youth Center in South Portland.
