Amend the amendment in section 3 in §2847-M by striking out all of subsection 3 (page 2, lines 23 to 26 in amendment)

Amend the amendment in section 4 in §4253 by striking out all of subsection 3 (page 3, lines 6 to 9 in amendment)

Amend the amendment in section 5 in the 3rd line (page 3, line 12 in amendment) by striking out the following: "January 1, 2008" and inserting the following: 'July 1, 2009'

SUMMARY

This amendment provides that the requirements of the legislation apply to all policies, contracts and certificates executed, delivered, issued for delivery, continued or renewed in this State on or after July 1, 2009.
