An Act To Permit the Sale of Antique Barometers
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 38 MRSA §1661-C, sub-§6, ¶A, as enacted by PL 2003, c. 221, §4, is amended to read:
A. A barometer , except for an antique barometer that is at least 100 years old;

This bill exempts an antique barometer that is at least 100 years old from the ban on the sale of certain mercury-added products.
