An Act To Provide an Income Tax Exemption for Active Duty Military Pay and Disability Military Pay
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 36 MRSA §5122, sub-§2, ¶Y is enacted to read:
Y. Income received by an individual for active duty in the Armed Forces of the United States or as compensation for a disability as a veteran of the Armed Forces of the United States.
