Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Appropriates one-time funds for the construction of an automotive facility to allow inmates at the Maine Correctional Center to train on the maintenance of public safety vehicles. This project must be performed by collaborating with the municipalities of Gorham and Windham.
