An Act To Require Approval by the Gambling Control Board for the Transfer of Ownership of an Off-track Betting Facility
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 8 MRSA §275-D, sub-§14 is enacted to read:
14. Transfer of ownership. The transfer of ownership of an off-track betting facility licensed under this section must be approved by the Department of Public Safety, Gambling Control Board under chapter 31.
