Resolve, To Transfer the Cliff Island Wharf from the City of Portland to the Department of Transportation
Sec. 1. Transfer property. Resolved: That the Commissioner of Transportation is authorized to accept transfer of the Cliff Island Wharf located in the City of Portland from the City of Portland to the Department of Transportation.
SUMMARY
This resolve allows the Department of Transportation to accept the transfer of the Cliff Island Wharf from the City of Portland.
