Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. P&SL 1862, c. 181 is repealed.

 
Sec. 2. Boundary line between the Town of St. Albans and the Town of Ripley. The
boundary line between the Town of St. Albans and the Town of
Ripley is restored as it existed prior to 1862 and as evidenced,
current as of the effective date of this Act, by maps issued by
the United States Government.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill restores the boundary between the Town of St. Albans
and the Town of Ripley to its pre-1862 configuration by placing
land set off in Private and Special Law 1862, chapter 181 back
into the Town of Ripley.
