The First Regular Session of the 132^nd Legislature convened on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 10:00 am.

Pursuant to the Joint Rules adopted by the Legislature on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, cloture for Legislators for the First Regular Session of the 132^nd Legislature is Friday, January 10, 2025 at 4 pm. All bill requests must be filed with the Office of the Revisor of Statutes by cloture. 

Under the Joint Rules, a bill request must have sufficient information to be drafted in order to be considered properly filed by cloture.  Drafts provided by a source outside of the Legislature must be filed in appropriate form with the Revisor’s Office by cloture.
